Yesterday we discussed Ruijie WiFi solution for hospitality. Now it’s the turn for solutions for education that will be discussed, let’s go! we wants to take the WiFi connection problem that often appears on campus as an example. One of the problems is that it is difficult for users to connect to WiFi, because the number of APs is not proportional to the number of classrooms, so that some areas are not covered by existing APs.
To answer this problem, Ruijie has a technology called i-Share. What is i-Share? i-Share is an AP placement concept where the AP is installed in the corridor, but the antenna from the AP is drawn to each class, so that the transmitted signal can cover all classrooms. With this concept too, campus management can save costs because it does not need to install AP in each class to cover all classrooms.
