Supports up to four Intel Xeon Scalable processors with the highest base frequency of 3.6 GHz, large capacity 38.5MB L3 cache with all processors interconnected via the UPI bus with transmission speeds as high as 10.4GT / s, providing powerful parallel processing performance. The server supports a maximum of 112 physical cores, 224 threads, up to 48 DDR4 DIMMs supporting 2933MHz RDIMM / LRDIMM / NVDIMM and 24 Optane ™ PMem.
Supports up to 24 * 2.5 “SAS / SATA, up to 6 * NVME SSD, and two (2) M.2 integrated SSDs, to meet high capacity and hierarchical storage plans.
Supports OCP and PHY NIC with several options such as 1G, 10G and 25G, allowing agile network configuration for a wide range of applications.
Supports up to 4 GPU FWFL or 4 * 100G Network cards.
Supports up to 8 PCIe 3.0 slots, meeting system functions and performance requirements of top customers.
All the essential parts of the NF8260M5 like the PSU, and the Fan were redundant. The power supply supports 1 + 1 redundancy, where the system fan supports N +1 redundancy. Moreover, it supports NVDIMM to efficiently store memory data in case of unexpected power loss.
Offers real-time status monitoring, provides intelligent failure isolation and recovery. Integrated with open management protocols, supports Inspur InCloud Manager Kit, simplifying deployment, management and maintenance for large-scale data centers.
Embedded server intelligent management chip, compatible with IPMI2.0 and Redfish, and supports remote system monitoring, remote KVM, virtual media and other management functions. This motherboard has an embedded oscilloscope with LCD that performs real-time testing of server hardware key status, saving status hops, which helps engineers solve problems in a timely manner.
