Ruijie RG-S2910-H Series High Power over Ethernet (HPoE) Switches push the frontier to the leading IEEE802.3bt standard, delivering 60W of power output per port. The HPoE switch guarantees the best security, efficiency, stability and energy saving experience.
The HPoE switch is highly adaptive to a variety of choices, eliminating rigid bonds with expensive deployment costs, slow implementation cycles, unstable power delivery, management complexity, and unsatisfactory security problems that must be resolved by alternative solutions. The switch fully addresses the need for high PoE access for low power selection as well as high-power Wi-Fi hotspot applications in outdoor venues.
Industrial grade Power Box (PBOX) is available to support non-PoE devices or non-IEEE 802.3bt (PD) powered devices. PBOX fully supports remote power delivery for high-power devices.
Highlights of the RG-S2910-H HPoE Switch Series feature:
- Up to 60 Watts per Port with High Power PoE Technology (IEEE 802.3bt)
- Industrial level PBOX for Flexible Remote Use (12VDC / 24VAC Option)
- Outstanding Power Stability (Average Error Rate <0.5%)
- Save Time & Cost for Construction Work
Ruijie High-Power and Remote Power Supply, Ensuring Power Across the Network
Ruijie RG-S2910-H HPoE is used to solve problems, such as high installation costs, long construction periods, unstable conductor power, difficult O&M, and low safety coefficients caused by independent deployment of the power supply system needed to conductor of power to the power STA. HPoE can be used extensively in current weak, new deployment and reconstruction scenarios and meets the power supply requirements of high power STAs in systems such as video surveillance, door control, information publishing, parking, and DDC.
Ruijie Simple Placement
- No independent power delivery system is needed
- Two-in-one network and power cable
- Shortened construction period
- Reducing costs

Easy O&M, Ruijie
It offers you an unparalleled experience in every aspect starting from O&M devices get to service management and control
- Power system connection to the network for remote restart
- Simple Virtualization Management
- Management and control of services on request
Device Security
In environments prone to thunderstorms and electromagnetic interference, the device is vulnerable to damage caused by strong transient currents.
HPoE provides a variety of protection mechanisms; Overcurrent protection, prevents damage to the device even on short-circuit; Lightning port protection of up to 6KV, ensuring stable operation in various difficult environments.
Security Conductor
In independent deployment mode, strong current cables are used in many cases. The power cord voltage is higher than the safe voltage limit (36 V), and can cause accidents.
Ruijie HPoE Technology adheres to international conductor standards and has a low voltage and high safety, ensuring the safety of O&M and working personnel.
Network security
Support for various types of ACL, port security, and IP + MAC + port binding technology, effectively preventing various ARP scams
Proactive prevention of DoS and DDoS attacks
Support for CPU Protection Policy (CPP) and Network Protection Protection (NFPP), which effectively prevents attacks on standalone devices and entire networks
Stable and Reliable Power Conductors
High power (60 W) and long distance (100 m) conductors are provided. Compared to conventional centralized power supply mode:
The Ruijie HPoE Technology meets international standards; adjust channel losses and reduce voltage intelligently, reducing errors caused by manual adjustments; and provides independent power delivery through a single port, achieving wrong domain isolation.
Fast and Easy to Build
No Need for a Power Cable in Scenarios with a Network Cable
To supply electricity to high power STAs (> 30 W), an independent power delivery system needs to be used, and the results of grooving, pipe layout, wire-threading, debugging, and wall and floor decoration cause very complex construction and a long construction period.
Only network cables are needed for power transmission and data transmission via HPoE.
Reducing Costs & Reducing Investment
30% discount in Typical Configuration Mode
If an independent power delivery system is used, materials such as power chassis, power cables, power sockets and power adapters are needed, while construction costs will also be incurred, resulting in high overall costs.
In Ruijie HPoE power delivery mode, the materials and accessories mentioned previously are not needed, which reduces overall costs by 30% in a typical deployment scenario.
Remote Restart for Easy O&M
In conventional power delivery mode, the power delivery system is not connected to the network. When a device is damaged, a conductor must be found to manually restart, which can quickly solve most problems. However, if the defective device conductor cannot be restarted due to environmental restrictions, another more complex solution needs to be adopted.
Ruijie HPoE allows the power delivery system to be connected to the network. Consequently, a faulty device can be started remotely using a PC to fix errors quickly and improve O&M efficiency.
Simple Virtualization Management
VSU technology virtualises multiple physical devices into one logical device and uses a single IP address, Telnet process, and CLI for management.
Multiple devices are managed as one device, ensuring high management efficiency.
Management and Control of Services On Request
- Scheduled power on / off from STA:
The STA on / off time can be adjusted based on user habits. - uninterrupted power conductor during hot start:
the power lead to the STA is not interrupted during restart of the HPoE power host. - Power status check anytime:
This switch is equipped with a one-click switching button. Press the button to see the current communication status and the power supply.
